HELPING CHILDREN WITH AUTISM (HCWA)

Josie is registered with The Australian Government's for Helping Children with Autism (HCWA) package. This initiative provides support for children aged 0 – 6 years with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), their families and carers.

The package covers a range of initiatives and services, including funding for behaviour therapy. Using evidence based intervention measures, Josie can help your child build upon their strengths and manage difficult behaviour/ emotions.

Families can access a maximum of $12,000 to spend on early intervention services, $6,000 in any financial year (from 1 July to 30 June each year).

This funding is available until the day before your child’s seventh birthday, unless the funding is used before then.
